Artificial Intelligence Course
for Business

Designed and delivered by Antonio Maria Guerra, founder of IntelliGuide.it, the Artificial Intelligence for Business course progressively guides staff through the knowledge and practical use of this new technology: a tool capable of delivering concrete, measurable benefits. Available both in-person and online, the training program aims to integrate Artificial Intelligence into everyday workflows as a valuable operational ally.

Theory and practice to master AI.

The Artificial Intelligence for Business course, designed by Antonio Maria Guerra, AI Specialist and founder of IntelliGuide.it, is aimed at offering companies a significant boost in productivity through this new technology.
The training is addressed to internal staff and is based on a training material composed of hundreds of multimedia slides, rich in real-world examples, with an approach focused on the practical use of AI in everyday work.

Substantial space within the program is dedicated to use cases directly transferable to the business context, with results noticeable as early as the first weeks following the training: the company will be able to count on staff capable of employing Artificial Intelligence as an everyday operational tool, both in support of activities and decisions.
Below, a brief overview of the content of the various modules that make up the program.

Deep Learning: Come le Macchine Imparano a Interpretare il Mondo.

Artificial Intelligence Course: tangible benefits.

The main objective of this course about Artificial Intelligence is to deliver tangible and measurable benefits, such as:

  • Optimization of time and resources, reducing the time spent on repetitive tasks;
  • Reduction of operating costs, decreasing dependence on external providers, such as marketing agencies for the production of graphic and written content, social media management and website updates;
  • Greater control over internal processes, making work more standardized, as it becomes tied to the correct use of software and less dependent on individual figures;
  • Strengthening of market competitiveness, through faster execution and improved responsiveness.

MAIN MODULES

Module 01: ‘Fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence’. (99 Slides)

  • Its origins and evolution;
  • How it ‘works’ today;
  • What Neural Networks are and the role of Nvidia in AI;
  • Its ‘categories’ (ANI, AGI, ASI);
  • What Machine Learning and Deep Learning are;
  • The application areas of AI;
  • What Generative AI is;
  • What Large Language Models (‘LLMs’) are and how to use them.

Module 01: a few sample slides.

Module 02: ‘AI Tools for Everyday Work’ (116 Slides)

This module is designed to introduce participants to the main general-purpose Artificial Intelligence tools, in the context of everyday office work.
Making extensive use of images, videos and practical examples, the module’s slides cover:

  • ChatGPT: the ‘Swiss Army knife’of AI, capable of bringing together multiple features in a single interface, from text generation to document analysis, from web search to image creation;
  • Perplexity: the AI-powered search engine, able to provide concise, contextualized answers with cited sources, overcoming the limitations of traditional search;
  • NotebookLM: the tool for collecting, analyzing, organizing and processing information from different sources, transforming it into structured, easily accessible knowledge;
  • Notion AI: the workspace of the future, already available today, integrating project management, notes and databases with the generative capabilities of Artificial Intelligence;
  • DeepL & Grammarly: the definitive references for professional translation and for the revision and improvement of texts in foreign languages, respectively.

Module 04: ‘Prompt Engineering’ (61 Slides)

This module is designed to explain to participants the most effective techniques for crafting prompts, the text commands used to interact with generative AI tools, in order to unlock their full potential.
The slides cover in detail the 13 best practices for formulating clear and targeted requests, including:

  • Role Assignment: defining a specific identity for the AI, guiding its tone and the type of response it provides;
  • Precision and Specificity: formulating detailed requests to obtain relevant outputs and avoid generic answers;
  • Chain of Thought: guiding the AI through a progressive reasoning process to tackle complex problems step by step;
  • Devils Advocate: asking the AI to adopt a critical perspective, identifying weaknesses and contradictions in one’s own arguments or proposals.

…and many other techniques immediately applicable in everyday work contexts.

Module 04: a few sample slides.

Module 05: ‘AI Regulations’ (18 Slides)

This module is designed to explain to participants the European legislation on Artificial Intelligence, with particular focus on the AI Act and the most recent regulatory trends at international level: knowledge that is essential, among other things, for operating in a work environment defined by compliance with privacy law.
